In order to accompany us in our growth and answer to a temporary increase of our activity, SBRE is looking for an Export Sales Administration Assistant Part of the "Sales Admin" department and over the responsibility of the Sales Administration Manager, you will be in charge of customer order management operations.
Your missions will focus on the following points :
Monitoring quotes/ customer orders for proper implementation of the sales and contractual terms => real support provided to the sales teams for Europe, Asia and US areas
Daily management of customer orders : processing and follow-up of orders
Sending and processing invoices, credit notes and pre-payment invoices
Matching customer payments in support of the Accounting Team
Application and control of credit limits in connection with the Sales and Finance teams
Your skills and experience include:
With a Bachelor degree’s and a specialization in International Trade, a first experience in a sales administration department enabled you to get a comprehensive view of all the issues related to international trade exchanges (order management, Incoterms, international payment ... ) financial transactions (invoices, payments, credit notes, credit limits ...) and to improve your customer relationship management behavior.
Rigorous and well organized in your work, you are reactive and have a sense of priorities to deal with versatility and efficiency your records. Passionate about new technologies, your curiosity, your proactivity and dynamism are all assets that will allow you to participate in the success story of an unusual company in a growth industry.
Given the location of our clients and our offices, your English is necessarily and minimum fluent. Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP By Design is highly appreciated.
